Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

I don’t normally write reviews, but Oneil Henry absolutely earned this one. After a frustrating experience with another tire company, Oneil restored my confidence. He took the time to answer every question I had, personally verified the DOT date codes on my new tires before installation, explained the alignment results instead of pressuring me, and treated me with honesty and respect throughout the entire process. His professionalism, patience, and transparency made a huge difference. I never felt rushed or pushed into unnecessary repairs. He made sure my new tires were fresh, the alignment was done correctly, and my Hyundai Tucson was ready for a long road trip. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but Oneil sets the standard. If you’re going to the Pep Boys on Copans Road in Pompano Beach, ask for Oneil. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers. Thank you, Oneil, for making this such a smooth and positive experience. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this location to friends and family.

I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shout out to Oneil Henry. Saturday I had a problem with my car and I had been to 4 different stores/ repair shops. Some told me they could do the job..but the technician for this job wouldn't be in until Monday. And some said they could not. It was getting late 5pm and I had been at this since 1pm and my emotions and the stress had been running high. Shops were starting to close and time was running out. Thus, I googled Pep boys for additional stores and found this one location on copans road which was open until 8pm. While driving there I was Praying that there would be someone who would be able to fix the problem. As I was waiting in line ....I saw him enter and I knew ...that that was the person I wanted to wait on me. #PrayersAnswered. O'Neil's expertise, professionalism and kindness was all that was needed to fix the problem. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be more Grateful ! I hope Pep Boys knows that they have a great employee who's integrity is unmatched and a new customer who will be back if any future problems arise. Thank you again Mr. Henry !...... You made my day ! Sincerely Patrick Nugent

I recently had a great experience at Pep Boys. I brought in a almost new tire with a 3-inch screw stuck in the sidewall, and the road hazard insurance absolutely paid off. My $270 tire was replaced, and I only had to cover the installation cost and the new road hazard coverage for the replacement tire. ONeil at the front desk was very friendly, professional, and handled the morning rush very well. Pep Boys may not be a fancy place, but they get the job done efficiently and stand behind their service. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience.

Got me a good deal warranty replacment of tires, but alignment was out of spec and had to be redone which only took 15 minutes more thankfully. But driving away I saw all the tires were underninflated. I just drove home and fixed that myself. Overall good, but check their work before you leave.
